The Meeting Fee (or
Registration Fee if you prefer that term) covers all of the elements
required to bring this international scientific forum into being –
fundamental organization, acquisition of venues, provision of projection equipment
etc. – as well Mangosteen’s advice and guaranteed assistance before,
during and, if requested, after the meeting.
The Meeting Fee DOES
NOT cover the costs of
participants’ accommodation, meals and local/regional transportation
while in West Africa.
