I carried out research integron prevalence in
multi resistant strain of Shigella sonnei in Sénégal
Now I'm working towards
my Ph.D. In this I
would be very interested to start work with a correspondent on
enteric or urinate bacteria in trying to characterize virulence
function and detect integron conferring multi drug resistance .
I will be also interested to know the transfer mechanism of
resistance, molecular epidemiology of strains but also establish
relation between the genetic support and virulence of bacteria.
