ADMISSIONS POLICY

Open and Flexible

Our admissions policy is a simple one, and an open one.

If you satisfy our participant requirements, are interested in participating in a particular Meeting, and have the essential funding available to you, then we invite you to contact us and to register.

We do not require that you go through a pre-selection procedure or submit an abstract ahead of your Meeting - abstracts come later.

Neither do we require that you submit a paper for publication in later proceedings - that's entirely up to you and can also wait until after initial registration.

We do not prioritize participants based on their qualifications or seniority.  The only exception to this being an instance in which the majority of interest in any given meeting comes from undergraduate and/or early year Ph.D., which would be difficult to justify from a research perspective - and hence the meeting will require some balance.

However, although each meeting has an optimal and preferred maximum number of participants, should you be slow to sign-up, please just convince us of your interest in participating and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Any questions, any doubts?  Please just send us an e-mail to let us know.
