The standard fee for
participating in a meeting is 300 euros.
No dispensation will be given on the basis
of the length of time a participant spends in attendance at the
meeting - the cost of participating on one day or all days is
the same.
But a Fee
Reduction may be considered on other grounds - for more

Note for
Prospective Participants working in Developing Nations
The Meeting Fee (or
Registration Fee if you prefer that term) covers all of the elements
required to bring this international scientific forum into being –
fundamental organization, acquisition of venues, provision of projection equipment
etc. – as well Mangosteen’s advice and guaranteed assistance before,
during and, if requested, after the meeting.
The Meeting Fee DOES
NOT cover the costs of
participants’ accommodation, meals and local/regional transportation
while in West Africa.
